Handmade items (such as press-on nails) may require additional processing time depending on order volume.

• Weekends and holidays are not business days
• Processing time is separate from shipping time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.
Typical USPS delivery times:
• USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
• USPS Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

✨ Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Kawaii Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error:
• The customer is responsible for the reshipment fee
• Refunds are not issued for items returned due to incorrect addresses

Once an order is shipped, Kawaii Co. is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received
• Carrier delays or rerouting
For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS office to file a claim.
We will assist where we can, but we are not able to replace orders lost by the carrier.

• Photos of the item and outer packaging
We will gladly help with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
