Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
• Mystery gacha balls & surprise bundles
• Stationery items (pens, pencils, stickers, notebooks, etc.)
• Press-on nails (handmade or packaged)
• Beauty accessories
• Plushies & blind-box toys (opened or unopened)
• Digital downloads
These items are final sale for sanitary, safety, and packaging integrity reasons.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily make it right!
Please email us at ale.tenorio76@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.

✨ Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, Kawaii Co. is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or packages marked delivered but not received.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact your local USPS location to file a claim.

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they have not been packed or shipped.
Gacha bundles and custom items cannot be canceled once processing begins.
